A chic version of the dish on the festive table is potato pancakes with milk stuffed with red fish and boiled eggs. The combination of soft potato pancakes and delicate filling is simply amazing!

  1. We prepare products according to the list. From the specified amount, I got 5 potato pancakes with fish filling.
  2. Any fish can be used for the filling. I have salted salmon, but you can replace it with salmon, pink salmon or other salted or smoked fish to your taste.
  3. Cooking pancake dough.
  4. Combine eggs (3 pcs.) And salt in a deep bowl.
  5. Pour in milk.
  6. Beat at high mixer speed for about 1-2 minutes.
  7. In parts, stirring each time, add flour.
  8. Beat again at high speed for about 2-3 minutes, until the dough is smooth.
  9. Peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out and drain off excess liquid.
  10. We wash the dill, dry it and chop it finely with a knife.
  11. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press.
  12. Add potatoes, dill and garlic to the dough. Pour in 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. We mix.
  13. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and heat well over medium heat. Pour about a ladle of dough into the pan and level it by gently tilting the pan to the sides.
  14. Fry the pancake for about 30 seconds on each side.
  15. Thus, fry the pancakes from the remaining dough.
  16. Cooking the filling.
  17. To do this, put eggs (3 pcs.) In a saucepan or sautencil, fill with water, put on heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to medium and cook eggs for about 8 minutes.
  18. Pour boiled eggs with cold water and leave to cool.
  19. We peel the chilled eggs, cut them into small cubes and transfer them to a deep bowl.
  20. Cut the fish into small cubes and send to a bowl.
  21. We wash the dill and green onions, dry them, chop finely with a knife and also send them to a bowl.
  22. Add sour cream, salt and ground pepper.
  23. Mix thoroughly. The filling is ready.
  24. We spread the pancake on a plate, lay out a little filling and, turning the edges of the pancake on three sides, roll it into a roll so that the filling is inside.
  25. Serve ready-made pancakes.
  26. It turns out very tasty.
