Potato pie

It's not a shame to treat such a cake. Delicious, beautiful, hearty and cheap. Not a cake, but a delight.

Ingredients

  1. Make the filling, for this peel and wash the potatoes. Slice. Boil until tender, 20-30 minutes.
  2. Peel and wash the onions. To cut in cubes.
  3. Heat a frying pan, pour 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry the onions over medium heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes.
  4. When the potatoes are boiled, drain the water into a cup. We will knead the dough on it. Mash the potatoes thoroughly, season with salt, pepper and add the fried onion with butter. Mix well. The filling is ready. Cool down.
  5. Make a dough, for this sift flour. Add salt, sugar and dry yeast. Mix well.
  6. Add vegetable oil.
  7. Pour the potato broth, stir with flour. Knead a soft dough.
  8. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise. Minutes 25-30.
  9. Turn on the oven. When the dough comes up, knead it. This dough makes 2 small or one large cake. Based on this, divide the dough into 2 or 4 parts.
  10. Roll out one part of the dough, taking into account that the cake should be larger than the shape.
  11. Grease the form with vegetable oil. Lay out the cake and make the sides.
  12. Lay out the filling. Flatten.
  13. From the second part of the dough, you can make a second cake with which to cover the filling. Or make decorations to your liking.
  14. Decorate the pie with spikelets, set for 15 minutes, so that the pie comes up. Then grease the cake with vegetable oil. Place the cake in the oven on the middle shelf.
  15. Bake the potato pie for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180-200C, until golden brown.
  16. The "Delicious" potato pie is ready.
