Potato pie with chicken and mushrooms

The cake cooks quickly and dissipates quickly. Mine tasted with cold milk.

  1. Three potatoes on a fine grater. Add salt, pepper, egg and flour. Add a little flour to knead the dough.
  2. Finely chop the onion, chicken and parsley, cut the mushrooms into slices.
  3. At 1 st. fry the onion in a spoonful of oil.
  4. Add chopped chicken and fry with onion.
  5. Add mushrooms, parsley and remaining oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put out all 7-10 minutes.
  6. Grease a baking sheet with oil, lay out the potato dough, make sides.
  7. Lay out the filling. To pour, beat eggs with cream. Season with salt, pepper, add dry herbs to taste. Pour the pie over. Put the potato pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Let the cake cool slightly and remove from the mold. Delicious warm and cold. This potato pie will be delicious with broth.
