Potato pizza

Despite its simplicity, this pizza turns out to be very tasty!))

  1. Pour warm water into a bowl, add salt and yeast. Stir. Pour flour into a separate bowl. Add it gradually to the water until the dough is ready to knead.
  2. Knead the dough, add extra flour if it sticks to your hands. Put the dough back in the bowl, pour in the olive oil and knead the dough. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for 2 hours.
  3. While we are waiting for the dough, it's time to prepare the potatoes. Cut it into thin slices. Place the slices in a deep bowl, sprinkle with salt and cover with cold water for about an hour. Then drain the water, rinse the potatoes and pat dry with a towel.
  4. Preheat oven to the highest temperature. Take out the dough and knead it. Roll out and shape the base.
  5. Lubricate the base with olive oil. Cut the tofu and place a portion on the base. Top with potato wedges, onions, sprinkle with rosemary, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place in the same way with the second part of the tofu.
  6. Drizzle with the rest of the olive oil and bake for about 15 minutes, until the potatoes are browned.
