  2. Hard boil 4-5 eggs. Cool and peel hard-boiled eggs.
  3. Let's start making the sauce. Put 300 grams of mayonnaise in a bowl, add 0.5 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, 30 grams of ready-made mustard, 10 milliliters of 5% vinegar, mix.
  4. Peel and wash 150 grams of onions, cut into small cubes and add to a bowl.
  5. 150 grams of my celery, cut into small cubes and send to a bowl. 3-4 pieces of green onions, chop finely and send to a bowl.
  6. Add eggs cut into small cubes and boiled potatoes cut into large cubes there.
  7. Mix everything well. Let the salad soak for several hours in the refrigerator, put it in a salad bowl. Decorate with green onions and serve. Bon Appetit!
