  1. We disassemble the mackerel into small pieces without bones.
  2. Peel the cooled boiled potatoes, then cut into cubes.
  3. Cut fresh cucumber in the same way, i.e. in the form of cubes.
  4. Before chopping the apple, peel off the peel from it. Then cut the apple into cubes. Sprinkle the apple slices with lemon juice.
  5. Combine the chopped ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Cooking salad dressing. Combine vegetable oil, a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice, granulated sugar, salt and black pepper. Mix the ingredients. The potato salad dressing is ready.
  7. Season the potato salad with canned fish and stir.
  8. It is recommended not to serve the salad right away, but to let it stand in the refrigerator. Decorate the prepared potato salad with mackerel with chopped fresh onions.
