  1. Cut 70 grams of white bread into cubes, with a side of 1-1.5 centimeters.
  2. We spread it on a baking sheet and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees, for about 12 minutes. The croutons should be browned.
  3. Finely chop 60 grams of onions or green onions, put in a bowl.
  4. Add to the onion 300 grams of potatoes cut into small cubes (pre-boiled or baked). Add the hard-boiled diced eggs to the bowl.
  5. Pour the oil from a 200 gram jar of sprat into a separate bowl.
  6. Put the sprats on a board, chop and send them to a bowl with potatoes, onions and eggs.
  7. Add prepared croutons to a bowl of butter, mix.
  8. Add half of the croutons to the salad, set half aside.
  9. Let's make the sauce. In 150 grams of mayonnaise, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of ground black pepper, mix. The sauce is ready.
  10. Fill the salad with the prepared sauce and mix everything well. Put the salad in a salad bowl, sprinkle with the remaining croutons, finely chopped green onions, decorate with lemon and serve.
