  1. Let's start cooking. Boil the potatoes in salted water.
  2. While the potatoes are hot, knead them in mashed potatoes. Leave the mashed potatoes to cool.
  3. In a bowl with minced meat, rub the nutmeg on a fine grater. Grind black pepper in a mortar and add to the minced meat. We also send cinnamon, garlic squeezed through a press, coriander and 1.5 teaspoons of salt here.
  4. Mix well, let stand for half an hour. The minced meat will be marinated during this time.
  5. Next, combine mashed potatoes and minced meat, mix.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  7. Grease a sheet of parchment with plenty of butter. We form two "sausage loaves" from the prepared minced meat and wrap them in parchment in the form of a large candy.
  8. Put the minced meat sausage and mashed potatoes in parchment on a baking sheet, seam up, so that all the juices remain inside. We bake the potato sausage in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes (it is important not to overcook or overdry). It turns out very fragrant and juicy.
  9. Let the potato sausage cool well, then it is cut perfectly.
