  1. The chicken fillet is boiled until cooked.
  2. Potatoes are boiled in uniforms until semi-finished. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
  3. Prepare the sauce. To do this, fry the flour in butter until golden. Add milk and simmer until thickened, stirring constantly. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chilled potatoes are cut in half lengthwise and make notches with a spoon and knives, giving the shape of shuttles.
  5. Finely chop onions, peppers, and chicken.
  6. Fry the filling in a pan for 5 minutes.
  7. Add diced tomatoes. Stew for 3 minutes.
  8. Put chopped greens, and green onion rings.
  9. Fill the shuttles with the resulting filling.
  10. Pour the prepared sauce into the mold.
  11. Spread stuffed potatoes and sprinkle them with grated cheese.
  12. Bake the shuttles for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
