  4. Pour the vegetable broth over everything, add salt and pepper to taste. Turn on a low heat, boil the vegetables until the broth boils. Then, without turning off the heat, add the grated cheese to the pan and boil until it dissolves.
  5. Now pour the cream into the pan, stir everything well and boil for another 3 minutes. After that, the pot can be removed from the heat, begin to puree the soup with the hand blender.
  6. You should get a thick mass. The degree of puréed vegetables can be adjusted to your liking.
