Prepared from boiled potatoes, flour and butter. Potatoes fried until golden brown look very appetizing!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and boil in salted water until tender (about 15 minutes after boiling).
  2. Drain the water from the finished potatoes and knead them with a potato grinder. Add oil to mashed potatoes, salt and mix well.
  3. Pour 1/3 of flour into mashed potatoes, mix until smooth. Add the rest of the flour to the dough as needed (so that the dough can be rolled out) and to taste (more - if you want to get denser potatoes).
  4. Roll the dough into "sausage", cut into small pieces. Roll each piece to a thickness of about 1 cm and form triangles.
  5. Heat a large cast iron skillet over low heat and place the potato triangles in the pan. (If desired, and if the pan does not allow otherwise, you can fry the potatoes in oil.)
  6. Fry the potato triangles until golden brown on both sides (about 4-5 minutes on each side). Serve warm. It can be done with butter, or even with sugar.
