Wonderful potato dough. You can bake pies with any filling from it, but today I chose a slightly unusual filling of fish and seaweed.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool until warm, peel and mince. Mix with flour and salt.
  2. Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar.
  3. When the yeast foams, pour it into the flour mixture, add vegetable oil there and pour in the egg. Knead the plastic dough. Cover the top with a towel and put the potato dough in a warm place. I put a bowl of dough in a pot of warm water. Knead the matched potato dough and let it rise a second time. Then pinch off pieces from it, make cakes, put the filling and pinch, forming a pie.
  4. For the filling, salt the sea fish fillets, season, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil Cut the cooled fish into small cubes and mix with seaweed (ready-made salad).
  5. Put the pies on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, let them come up a little (15 minutes), grease with a beaten egg and bake the potato dough pies in the oven at 220 degrees for 25 minutes.
  6. Bon Appetit!
