Potato zrazy with cabbage

Potato zrazy with cabbage are very tasty and tender. Potato zrazy cooked according to this recipe tastes like everyone's favorite cabbage pies.

  2. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.

  6. Transfer the finished cabbage to a bowl.
  7. Mash hot potatoes in mashed potatoes and leave to cool.
  8. Drive an egg into the cooled potatoes, mix.
  9. Then add flour.

  11. Spread cling film on a cutting board. Spoon the mashed potatoes, mash into a cake. Put the cabbage filling on top.
  12. Roll up the zrazy with the help of the film.
  13. Dip potato zrazy with cabbage on all sides in breadcrumbs.
  14. Place the mashed potato zrazy on a cutting board.
  15. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry potato zrazy with cabbage first on one side. Then turn over and fry on the other side.
