Potatoes baked in the oven with mustard and garlic are especially bright and aromatic!

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into slices. Dip the potatoes in boiling water and boil for 5-10 minutes (after boiling).
  2. Turn on the oven to warm up.
  3. Peel the garlic, crush it with a garlic and mix with the mustard.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into a baking dish. Put potatoes in a mold, add mustard and garlic. Thoroughly mix the potatoes with the mustard and butter right in the mold. Salt.
  5. Bake potatoes in the oven at 200-220 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
  6. Wash and chop the greens.
  7. Put the prepared potatoes baked in the oven on a dish and sprinkle with herbs.
