  2. Peel and wash the potatoes.
  3. Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
  4. Rinse the peeled potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel.
  5. Now take one tuber and with a knife make deep and frequent cuts on one side, but do not cut to the end (for this, you can use the stoppers of two wooden sticks). You should have an accordion shape, but the potatoes will keep their original shape.
  6. Prepare all the potatoes this way.
  7. Pour some sunflower oil on the bottom of the baking dish. Place the potatoes, cut upwards, into the prepared dish.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Cut the butter into pieces according to the number of potato tubers. Place a slice of butter on each tuber.
  10. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and spread it in mounds on the potatoes, covering the butter.
  11. Sprinkle the potatoes with cumin and sesame seeds.
  12. Bake the potatoes in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 40 minutes, and then another 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
