A dish available in ingredients and original in taste. First fry the sausages and potatoes separately, so their taste will be more pronounced in the finished dish. Then fry the potatoes with onions, carrots and bell peppers, and finally simmer everything together with blanched broccoli and tomato paste. The dish turns out to be bright in taste, completely self-sufficient and satisfying.

  1. Prepare the required ingredients. I have frozen broccoli. If using fresh, disassemble it into inflorescences and rinse with water.
  2. In addition, you will need 120 ml of boiling water for extinguishing.
  3. Peel the sausages and cut into slices.
  4. Peel, rinse and pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel. Cut the potatoes into thin wedges.
  5. Heat sunflower oil in a skillet. Fry the sliced ​​sausages in oil. The fire should be medium, and the sausages should be fried for no more than 2 minutes.
  6. Transfer the sausages from the pan to a bowl.
  7. In the same oil in which the sausages were cooked, fry the potatoes over high heat, stirring, for about 5 minutes, until golden brown (it should not be even on all sides).
  8. While the potatoes are fried, peel the onions and carrots and rinse.
  9. Rinse the bell peppers, remove the inner partitions with seeds. Cut the peppers and carrots into medium strips and the onions into small cubes.
  10. Add onions, carrots and peppers to the skillet with the potatoes.
  11. Fry everything together over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  12. Simultaneously with frying vegetables in a saucepan, boil water (400 ml), lower the frozen broccoli inflorescences into it and boil after boiling water for 1 minute. If the broccoli is fresh, increase the cooking time to 3 minutes.
  13. Discard the broccoli in a colander and let the water drain. Cut large broccoli inflorescences if necessary.
  14. Put the blanched cabbage in the pan with the fried vegetables.
  15. Add tomato paste, pour in boiling water (120 ml), add salt and black pepper.
  16. Simmer the vegetables, covered, for about 7-8 minutes.
  17. Add sausages.
  18. Stir and simmer, covered, for another 2 minutes.
  19. Potatoes stewed with broccoli and sausages are ready.
  20. Serve hot vegetable stew with sausages.
