Baked potatoes with ham and tomatoes, with a cheese crust. The dish is high-calorie due to mayonnaise and cheese, and very tasty. Perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the peeled potatoes into strips, salt a little, pepper, mix with mayonnaise and put on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. If you do not like fatty, 2 tbsp will be enough. tablespoons of mayonnaise for potatoes, I added 200 grams of mayonnaise.
  2. Next, spread the ham, cut into strips or large pieces, on the potatoes. Put the peeled tomatoes on the ham, cut into slices. Salt and pepper the tomatoes a little.
  3. Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven for 30-45 minutes. (The time depends on your oven. I put it on for 45 minutes at 300 degrees - my oven is weak.)
  4. After 45 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven, remove the foil, grease the tomatoes with mayonnaise and put the potatoes with ham and tomatoes to bake without foil. Watch the mayonnaise turn golden.
  5. Rub the cheese on a fine grater and mix with garlic. We take out the baking sheet, sprinkle the potatoes with ham and tomatoes with cheese and garlic and again set to bake until golden brown.
  6. Bon Appetit!
