Potatoes for baking in pots are combined with various components: popular cooking options with meat, mushrooms, eggplant, sausages, cheese, and other products that will make the dish more interesting in taste and appearance.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fry onions. Add unfrozen champignons and simmer under the lid until the water evaporates. Add 100 g of sour cream and spices to taste: for example, rosemary is perfect for mushrooms.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and fry until golden brown: pre-soak it with a paper towel and salt at the end of cooking. There should be three layers in the cup: potatoes, mushrooms, and potatoes again (but you should not lay them on top). Fill the contents of the cups with water so that the liquid is slightly below the level of the potatoes. Put the rest of the sour cream on top and add salt.
  3. Cover the cups with lids and place them in a preheated oven. When the water boils, reduce the temperature and cook for another 20 minutes.
