  1. First of all, you need to turn on the oven to preheat. Put cottage cheese, egg white and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Stir well with a fork. Set the yolk aside, it will come in handy a little later. Add flour to the curd mass and knead the dough.
  2. Make a small sausage out of the dough, and divide into three parts. Roll them into koloboks. Place the koloboks on a non-stick mat, leave a distance between them. Use a spoon to make a depression and bumpers. Pierce the bottom with a fork.
  3. Lubricate the sides with yolk and if desired, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds. Send to bake, at 180 grams for 20 minutes. In the meantime, let's get down to stuffing.
  4. Cut the breast fillet into small cubes, finely chop the mushrooms. We send it to a well-heated non-stick frying pan, all this stuff is fried, I added 2 tbsp. spoons of water. Season with salt, add garlic seasoning. As all the liquid evaporates, fry for another minute. Transfer to a bowl to cool the filling.
  5. My tomato, halve, cut into rings on the floor. Then we cut into small cubes, cut the cheese into layers, wash the greens and cut them. We divide all this into three parts.
  6. After 20 minutes, we take out the blanks from the oven. Fill in equal proportions with filling. Sprinkle with tomato. Put slices of cheese on top, sprinkle with herbs, and send for another 5 minutes, until the cheese melts, since the filling is already ready.
