PP pizza

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sift flour, add salt. Gradually pour out the water and knead the dough, add oil and mix well again. Leave the dough to rest for a couple of minutes.
  2. Any filling and sauce can be made: seafood, pineapple, broccoli, olives, etc. I'll tell you how I did it. We cut: onion, pineapple and fillet.
  3. For the sauce, I used tomato paste, mayonnaise, pepper (if desired, you can add mustard).
  4. We roll out the dough, I did it on parchment paper, sprinkling a little flour on my hands, dough and rolling pin. Pierce the dough a couple of times with a fork in different places so that it does not swell.
  5. Smear the sauce.
  6. We lay out the filling.
  7. We bake at 180 C for 15-18 minutes. You can bake on a silicone mat or like me on parchment paper. Three cheese grated or sliced. We throw the cheese on the pizza and put it on for another 2-3 minutes.
