Provencal Scrambled Eggs

I made these scrambled eggs for breakfast at the weekend, and I didn't even think it would be so delicious. Scattered in a minute !!! It takes a little longer to cook these scrambled eggs than simple ones. The fact is that it is made from boiled eggs. Be sure to try it, I highly recommend it!

  1. Boil eggs, cool and peel. Cut into halves. Dice the onion. Fry onions and garlic (optional) in butter until golden brown. Then sprinkle with flour and stir. Pour in milk, add salt and pepper. Boil until thick, while stirring continuously with a whisk.
  2. Add nutmeg and sour cream, stir and remove from heat. Place the eggs in a greased baking dish and pour over the cream filling. Grate cheese and cover with top layer. Spread small pieces of butter on top of the cheese.
  3. Bake in a hot oven for 12 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
