To simplify and speed up the process, take ready-made puff pastry. And as a layer and decoration we use chocolate chips, cinnamon and a little sugar. The recipe is simple, and even a child can handle it.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the table with flour, put the dough there and unfold it. Cut the dough into six equal squares (or non-oblong rectangles).
  2. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
  3. Roll out each square with a rolling pin to a side size of 15-18 cm.
  4. Melt butter.
  5. Using a silicone brush, brush the surface of the rolled out dough with it.
  6. Sprinkle the greased surface evenly with sugar and ground cinnamon.
  7. Grate the chocolate on a fine grater and also spread evenly over the surface of the dough.
  8. Roll up a tight roll.
  9. Stepping back 2-3 cm from one end, with a sharp knife, cut the roll in half along the entire remaining length.
  10. Roll one of the formed "strands" with the cut side outward into a snail.
  11. Hide the uncut end of the roll inside. Wrap the second strand around.
  12. Tuck the tip inside the cruffin from above.
  13. Place the cruffins in muffin tins.
  14. Bake the kraffins in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes. It is better to cover them with parchment so that they do not burn when baking.
  15. Cool the finished kraffins and sprinkle with fine sugar or powdered sugar.
  16. Layered, fragrant and very original outwardly kraffins made of puff pastry, with chocolate and cinnamon, perfectly baked and soaked with butter.
  17. Bon appetit!
