Puff pastry pies with potatoes and beans

Mashed potatoes and beans are an excellent filling for puff pastry pies.

Ingredients

  1. Combine mashed potatoes and boiled or canned beans. Add basil and black pepper. Grind into a homogeneous puree.
  2. Defrost the puff pastry, roll out to a thickness of 3 mm, cut into squares with a side of 10 cm
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  4. Make puff pastry pies. Put 1-1.5 tbsp on one half of each square of dough. minced spoons.
  5. Cover with the other half. Then use a fork to seal up each patty, forming a ribbed edge.
  6. Bake the puff pastry patties in the oven for about 15 minutes.
