Puff pie with rice and canned fish

Puff pie with rice and canned fish

Ingredients

  1. Boil rice in salted water.
  2. Dice the onion and fry a little.
  3. Open the canned food, mash the fish with a fork.
  4. Mix all the ingredients well, salt, add spices, mayonnaise and mix the filling again until smooth.
  5. Divide the puff pastry into two layers. Put the first layer on a greased baking sheet, put all the filling on it, level it.
  6. Grate the butter evenly, directly on the filling (it will add juiciness to the pie), cover the pie with a second layer of dough and secure the edges.
  7. Grease the pie with egg yolk and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
