Recipe for making a delicious and satisfying salad with chicken, potatoes and nuts. Puff salad can be laid out in any shape you want, our salad is presented simply, but it will be decorated with pomegranate seeds.

  1. Potatoes, without peeling, fill with water and cook in salted water until tender. It will take 20 minutes.
  2. Cook the carrots separately in a saucepan for 25-30 minutes in salted water until tender.
  3. Cook eggs in the same way for 15 minutes.
  4. Chicken fillet, peeled from films and veins, cook for 20 minutes in salted water.
  5. Peel the onions and chop finely. Fill with boiling water so that the onion does not taste bitter. Then we rinse the onions under running water and put them on a salad plate.
  6. Grate the cooled and peeled potatoes on a coarse grater and put them on the onions. Sprinkle with mayonnaise.
  7. Cut the cooled chicken meat very finely. Put on top of the potatoes and pour with mayonnaise.
  8. Put peeled and finely chopped chicken eggs and walnuts on the meat. Pour mayonnaise on this layer.
  9. Put peeled and coarsely grated carrots on eggs and nuts.
  10. Put coarsely grated hard cheese on the carrots.
  11. Spread the layered salad with mayonnaise, level the mayonnaise and spread the pomegranate seeds. Salt the salad to taste. We put the ready-made puff salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
