A layered salad with sprats, potatoes, beets, carrots and cheese is just a chic option for a festive table snack. This salad will become a bright accent of the table.   1. Prepare a saucepan, put potatoes, carrots, beets and eggs in it. To fill with water. Boil eggs for 10 minutes, potatoes - 25 minutes, carrots - 30 minutes, beets - 1 hour. Cool eggs in cold water. Remove the vegetables from the broth and cool.
  2. Peel potatoes and carrots, grate separately on a medium grater.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  4. Peel the eggs. Grate hard cheese and eggs on a medium grater.
  5. Peel and grate the beets.
  6. Open the jar of sprats. Transfer the fish to a plate, mash with a fork.
  7. Prepare a plate and a serving ring (I use a 9 cm diameter - the salad is tall). Salt and pepper all layers of the salad to taste.
  8. Put the sprats in the first layer and grease with mayonnaise.
  9. Lay out the onion layer.
  10. Next, lay out the potatoes, grease with mayonnaise.
  11. The next layer is eggs. Brush a layer of eggs with mayonnaise.
  12. Next, lay out the hard cheese. Gently lift the form up if it is already filled to the brim.
  13. Next, lay out a layer of carrots.
  14. The final layer is beets. Leave the salad to soak for 30 minutes.
  15. After a while, carefully remove the ring.
