Puff tuna and apple salad can be made quickly and inexpensively. The fish salad will turn out delicious, satisfying and juicy thanks to the sour apple layer.

  1. Prepare foods for the tuna and apple puff salad. You can use the canned fish for the salad to your liking. I had tuna.
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in a peel until tender. Then cool and clean.
  3. Cut the cooled potatoes into cubes.
  4. Boil eggs hard-boiled for 9 minutes, then pour cold water, cool and peel.
  5. Set aside two egg yolks. Cut the rest into cubes.
  6. Peel the apple and grate.
  7. Put the fish from the jar into a plate and mash with a fork.
  8. Put finely chopped onion on the fish.
  9. Make a net of mayonnaise.
  10. Then place the diced potatoes. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with a net of mayonnaise.
  11. Put a layer of eggs on a layer of potatoes, salt and pepper, grease with mayonnaise.
  12. Put the apple on the next layer. You can make a mayonnaise mesh again, I did not.
  13. Grate the yolks on a fine grater and sprinkle the puff tuna salad on top.
  14. Let the tuna and apple salad steep for 20-30 minutes (preferably in the refrigerator). Then garnish the salad with fresh herbs and serve. Bon Appetit!
