The combination of carp with fried carrots and onions, sun-dried tomatoes surrounded by greenery is a delicious snack! I recommend preparing a serving for twins at once.

Ingredients

  1. First, prepare the fish: roll the carp pieces in flour, fry on both sides and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with tarragon, salt, pepper and cook for 20 minutes. at 180 degrees.
  2. Fry the onions and carrots until tender
  3. Finely chop the onion, carrots and fry in oil. We bring it to readiness.
  4. Roll out the dough, cut into portions and make cuts, bake until tender
  5. Now we are engaged in the dough: we roll it into a layer, 5 mm thick, on a table sprinkled with flour. Cut into 10x10 squares or rectangles (your choice). On each square we draw a contour with a knife, stepping back 5-7 mm from the edge. Lubricate with yolk and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. at 180 degrees.
  6. Put the filling on the puffs and sprinkle with tarragon
  7. In the finished fish, separate the meat from the bones and put it on puffs along with onions, carrots, tomatoes, green onions. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with tarragon.
