  2. Pepper the prepared meat. Do not salt!
  3. Heat up the pan. Pour vegetable oil. In hot oil, quickly brown the meat, stirring, from all sides.
  4. Vinegar diluted with water to a full glass.
  5. Pour the meat and simmer until the liquid has completely evaporated over medium heat, stirring occasionally (about 20 minutes).
  6. Meanwhile, peel and wash the onion. Cut into half rings.
  7. Add onion to skillet.
  8. Salt to taste and fry the kebab in a pan, stirring, for no more than a minute.
