Quick Spaghetti Ice Cream Dessert

Did you know that you can make ice cream paste? The dessert looks like spaghetti with sauce and cheese. This recipe is sure to surprise guests at your table.

Ingredients

• 500 g of ice cream;
• 150 g of strawberries;
• 25 g of sugar;
• 1 st. l. coconut shavings.

Directions

1. Puree the strawberries with a blender. Filter the seeds through a metal sieve. Transfer the mass to a saucepan, add sugar and cook for 5-10 minutes so that the sauce evaporates and thickens slightly. Cool completely.
2. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and let stand at room temperature for 5-7 minutes to become softer and more pliable. Fill a special potato press with ice cream and squeeze the "paste" on the plate on which you will serve dessert.
3. Pour strawberry sauce over ice cream spaghetti and sprinkle with coconut flakes - this will serve as an imitation of ketchup and grated cheese.
4. According to the recipe, we suggest using raspberries, but you can use any other red berry. To make an ice cream dessert "Spaghetti Carbonara", replace the berries with orange, and yellow. You can put sorbet or ice cream from melon, orange, lemon, and pineapple in the center. Coconut flakes can be replaced with white chocolate.
