Delicious and quick cake for tea. You can simply grease it with jam on top, or you can cut the cake into two cakes and make a cake out of them with any cream.

  1. Melt butter over low heat, let cool.
  2. Mix butter and sugar. Beat with a mixer.
  3. Continuing to beat the butter and sugar, add the eggs one at a time.
  4. While continuing to beat, gradually add flour and baking powder.
  5. Then pour in milk, mix the dough until smooth.
  6. Grease the form with oil, pour the dough into the form.
  7. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees. Baking time is approximately 35-40 minutes. Readiness to check with a toothpick - it should remain dry.
  8. I smeared my pie with jam. You can decorate and serve it however you like.
