There is a myth that healthy dishes cannot be tasty. To dispel it, we suggest making this rabbit roast. Tender, juicy meat, baked vegetables, fragrant sauce: this delicacy can be served even at a festive table!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the rabbit, dry it on a paper towel, and carefully cut it into portions.
  2. Peel the potatoes, carrots, onions, and garlic. Chop the vegetables into large pieces.
  3. Put a thick bottom pan over medium heat. Add some oil and spread the vegetables. Roast the vegetables for 5~7 minutes until caramelized. Add salt and pepper, and pour the white wine. Roast for 5 minutes more until the alcohol evaporates. Put the vegetables into a baking dish.
  4. Season the rabbit with salt and pepper to taste. Roast until golden brown on the pan where the potatoes were cooked. Add the rabbit pieces to the vegetables.
  5. Pour sour cream into the meat and spread evenly throughout the dish. If the sour cream does not cover the rabbit pieces, add a little water.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking dish with a lid or foil and put it into the oven for an hour. Serve the rabbit decorated with a sprig of greens.
  7. Enjoy!
