A radish omelet is an unusual option for a nutritious egg breakfast. Radish gives the omelette with milk an interesting flavor. When heat treated, the radish becomes soft and tender.

  1. Wash the radish well, dry it and cut the tails. Then cut the radish into thin slices.
  2. Break eggs into a deep bowl.
  3. Then pour in milk, add salt and black pepper.
  4. Beat eggs and milk with a whisk or fork.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the chopped radishes, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Then reduce the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the radishes for about 3 minutes more.
  6. Pour the egg-milk mixture into a frying pan with radishes. Cover the pan with a lid again and cook the omelet with radishes over low heat for about 7-8 minutes, until the eggs set.
  7. Cut the finished omelet with radishes into pieces and serve.
  8. Such an unusual omelet is good both on its own and in combination with any porridge or toast.
