  1. Defrost the fish. Sprinkle with fish spices.
  2. Bake in a non-stick skillet, lightly greased with ghee, for 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Immerse cabbage (frozen) in boiling salted water, boil for 5 minutes and immediately throw it into ice water - so the cabbage will retain its beautiful bright color.
  4. Peel half of the avocado, cut into slices.
  5. Put a fish on a serving plate (sprinkle with lemon juice on it), peel cabbage, avocado - roll it up. Add tomatoes and herbs.
