Recipes for multicookers are unique, and the cooking process does not take away from their product's nutrients and vitamins.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Stir the yeast into a small amount of warm milk or water (a few tablespoons), then add the sugar. Leave the yeast for 10 minutes per page to dissolve completely in the liquid. Then put the yeast in a half-liter jar and add milk, yogurt, or water. If the mixture is too thick when using milk or kefir, dilute it with a little water. Eventually, you need to get a pint of liquid.
  2. In a large saucepan, pour the resulting mixture and add pre-melted butter, salt, and 5 cups of flour. Stir well to get rid of lumps. This liquid dough, reminiscent of pancake dough, is left aside for 20 minutes to come up. Add the rest of the flour to the dough and knead.
  3. Pre-grease the multicooker with butter, place the still thin dough in a container, and set on the timer to heat for 15 minutes. The next step is to turn off the multicooker for half an hour, and then switch it to the baking mode for 60-45 minutes.
  4. In the process of baking bread, you will notice that the top remains pale, while the bottom of the bread is already sufficiently toasted. In this case, the bread must be carefully turned over without disturbing the internal structure. Leave the bread in the multicooker for another 20-30 minutes in the same mode. At the end of the cycle, turn off the appliance and wait 5-10 minutes before removing the bread.
  5. Done!
