Red rice soup with beef

  1. Pour the beef with water, pepper, salt and cook until tender. Remove the meat from the broth, chop finely and set aside.
  2. Pour rice into the broth, cook over low heat with the lid closed for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, fry the finely chopped onions, garlic and diced carrots until soft. Add finely chopped tomatoes.
  4. 5 minutes before the rice is ready, add meat and fried vegetables to the soup. Serve sprinkled with herbs.
