Then add the paprika and cayenne pepper. Add rice and stir well.
Then add broth and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer until chicken and rice are tender and absorbed, about 25 minutes. Add more broth as needed.
Put the peas in a skillet and cook for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
