Red rice with spices, chicken and green peas

  1. Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken, finely chopped peppers, finely chopped onion, chopped garlic and oregano in a skillet. Pass for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add the paprika and cayenne pepper. Add rice and stir well.
  3. Then add broth and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer until chicken and rice are tender and absorbed, about 25 minutes. Add more broth as needed.
  4. Put the peas in a skillet and cook for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
