I want to offer you a recipe for delicious ribs. This recipe was shared with my husband by his work colleague. And now I've been cooking ribs like that for many years.

  1. Rinse the ribs, dry.
  2. Cut into segments.
  3. Place in a suitable container. Pepper, salt.
  4. Then pour the tomatoes in their own juice, I have them already without the skin and cut, if you have whole tomatoes in the skin, then the skin must be peeled and the tomatoes must be cut or crushed by hand.
  5. Stir the ribs and leave to marinate.
  6. Marinate the ribs for 3-4 hours, if you leave to marinate overnight, they will turn out to be very soft and juicy.
  7. Stir several times during marinating.
  8. After a certain time, put the marinated ribs on a baking sheet. Top with the remaining marinade.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °. But you are guided by your oven, see that the ribs are not burnt.
