Rice eggs with cheese and chicken fillet pieces

Hearty and unusual scrambled eggs with chicken, rice and cheese.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut 1-2 pieces of chicken fillet into small cubes.
  2. We make a sauce in which the fillet cubes will be cooked: 150 g of sour cream or mayonnaise, a little dried basil, chopped greens (green onions, parsley, dill). Or any other spices.
  3. Add 2-3 cloves of grated garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix the sauce thoroughly.
  4. Pour the fillet cubes into a slow cooker or skillet.
  5. Add the sauce and mix everything.
  6. I cooked in a slow cooker, greased the bottom of the bowl with sunflower oil and alternated the baking and frying programs for 10 minutes until the chicken was done.
  7. Or you can fry the fillet pieces until tender in the same sauce in a pan with any oil.
  8. Simultaneously with this, cook rice in a saucepan on the stove until cooked!
  9. We transfer the finished rice to a frying pan greased with sunflower oil, add ready-made pieces of chicken fillet, grated cheese, raw eggs to the rice.
  10. Stir gently, fry on low heat for 10-15 minutes. You can fry eggs and chicken in portions (in a small frying pan) or all at once (in a large).
  11. If you wish, you can decorate the eggs with chicken with whatever is at hand. ;)
