Rice salad with herbs and capers

  1. Cut the green onions into thin diagonal rings. Separate the green leaves from the twigs and cut thinly.
  2. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into quarters, remove the seeds and cut each piece in half lengthwise. Cut every eighth part into 2-3 pieces to make short sticks.
  3. Prepare a dressing. Remove the zest from the lemon with a fine grater. Squeeze the juice, mix with honey, olive oil and hot pepper flakes. Add capers, stir.
  4. Mix salad with dressing, salt to taste. Sprinkle with grated lemon zest and sesame seeds.
