Rice with boiled pork

Rice with boiled pork

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the rice (it should make about three cups).
  2. Dice the onion and garlic, not too finely.
  3. Fry the onions and garlic in vegetable oil until a light golden crust appears and the house is filled with the delicious aroma of fried onions.
  4. Add meat. Pepper. Fry again until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add raisins and stir. Do everything over high heat.
  6. Add rice. Mix well.
  7. Add soy sauce (instead of salt). Stir again. Reduce heat to low, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
  8. Add the diced apple at the very end. Stir. Turn off the fire. Cover and let stand for another 5 minutes.
