  1. Boil the mushrooms in salted water (1 glass for 20 minutes. Throw in a colander. Strain the broth.
  2. Fry the onions in vegetable oil, add the rice and continue to fry with stirring until the rice is transparent.
  3. Chop the mushrooms and add to the rice. Pour in broth. Reduce the fire to a minimum, close the lid.
  4. When the broth is halved, add the diced ham and cook, covered, until the broth is completely evaporated. The rice will turn out to be crumbly.
