Rice with mushrooms, spinach and bell peppers

  1. Boil rice in lightly salted water.
  2. Chop the onion into rings, pepper into half rings, finely chop the garlic. The spinach can be left intact; if the leaves are too large, cut into strips.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion until golden brown, add mushrooms, pepper, garlic, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid, add the spinach and soy sauce, and cook for a few more minutes, until the spinach is sluggish.
  5. Serve the prepared mixture on the rice pad.
