Rice with shrimps

  1. Boil water in a kettle and add a cube of broth (I used bone beef broth). Stir.
  2. Pour olive oil into a deep saucepan and heat.
  3. Rinse the rice well and dry for a couple of minutes.
  4. Then toss in a saucepan and fry for about one minute.
  5. Then add the already cooked broth to the rice.
  6. As soon as the rice boils, reduce the heat slightly and cook until the water begins to evaporate. After that, switch the heat to low, cover the rice with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes without interfering. If all the water has boiled away, and the rice has not yet cooked, then add water with a thin stream.
  7. During this time, while the rice is being cooked, cook the shrimps. Boil water in a saucepan and toss shrimps into boiling water.
  8. Salt to taste.
  9. When the shrimp comes to a boil, cook for 2 minutes and drain.
  10. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  11. Add cheese, shrimp to a saucepan with cooked rice.
  12. Stir over heat for about a minute. All is ready!
