Rice with shrimps and curry

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fry the shrimps in a mixture of oils (olive + sesame), add soy sauce, evaporate the liquid.
  2. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger and stir.
  3. Add rice, mix thoroughly, add curry.
  4. Pour in water and salt (to taste), bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Cook until rice is cooked.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley when serving.
