  11. When the onion has acquired a golden color, and the garlic has not burned out, add the chicken fillet.
  12. Stew for 5 minutes - pour in the cream, salt and pepper to taste.
  13. When the chicken turns white, add carrots, 2 types of pepper and a tomato.
  14. Do not forget to mix all this after each step and cover with a lid for stewing.
  15. 20-30 minutes, add 3-5 tablespoons of soy sauce, the main thing is not to oversalt! + Italian herbs and green onions (well, that's to your taste :))
  16. After 10 minutes, serve, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
