A wonderful recipe for rice with vegetables for every day.

  1. Cut all vegetables into small cubes. First fry the onion and garlic in oil for a couple of minutes. Do not salt vegetables! Add Carrots. Fry for 5 minutes. Then cook the zucchini for another 10 minutes.
  2. Rinse and boil the rice. Add to vegetables. Add eggs.
  3. Add soy sauce last. Taste for salt.
