An amazing, wonderful dessert wine made from rose petals, with a delicate, delicate aroma and taste.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Collect half a liter jar of rose petals. It is advisable to take a tea rose, it has both aroma and tastes thinner. Roses from the store will not work, this is verified, they process them with something so that they do not sluggish, so you need to take them from the rose bush.
  2. 2. Pour half a liter jar of sugar into a saucepan and add 1.5 liters of boiled water, put on fire, and stir all the time until all the sugar has dissolved. Cool down. Pour the petals into a 3-liter jar and fill with syrup.
  3. 3. Add 1 tbsp. l. citric acid. We add cold boiled water almost to the milestone, leaving about 5 cm from the top. We mix.
  4. 4. Close with a nylon lid and put in a warm place for fermentation. Place a plate under the bottle, because during fermentation the wine may spill out a little (100 grams), even though a closed lid :) After a month, strain, bottle. The longer the wine is aged, the richer the taste.
  5. 5. To be honest, we didn’t insist, we drank everything at once. It's so delicious and so fragrant.
