Saffron pear cake is a great option for baking with tea. It's absolutely easy to prepare. Smells great.

Ingredients

  1. Melt the butter, pour in the milk, add the saffron and let it brew.
  2. Wash the pears, peel and core, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice so that the pears do not darken.
  3. Beat eggs with sugar in a thick and voluminous foam. Pour in saffron milk with butter, add yogurt. Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Sift dry products into liquid products and mix with a mixer.
  4. Grease a cake tin (I use a silicone one). Pour the dough, put pear slices on top.
  5. Bake a cake with pears at 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Readiness to check with a toothpick.
  6. When the cake with pears has cooled, put it on a flat plate and sprinkle with powder.
  7. Bon appetit!
