salad of boiled pork tongue

An appetizing salad, which, thanks to the unusual combination of tongue and pickled onions, will be appreciated by all members of the family.

Ingredients

• egg - 4 pcs .;
• cheese - 150 g;
• carrots and onions - 1 pc .;
• cucumbers (pickled) - 2 pieces;
• mayonnaise and salt - to taste.

Directions

1. Eggs, carrots, and tongues are boiled until cooked.
2. Chopped onions are marinated in an aqueous solution with vinegar, salt, and granulated sugar.
3. The first layer is laid out slices of offal mixed with onions, after which they are smeared with the mayonnaise layer.
4. The by-product is covered with a second layer of grated eggs, which is also smeared with mayonnaise.
5. The third layer is a mixture of grated carrots and chopped cucumbers.
6. In the end, the salad is covered with cheese shavings.
